Volunteer Selection, Training & Engagement

Online Course

Creating a Thriving Volunteer Culture

The biggest challenge in churches today is finding and keeping volunteers in ministry. This training helps you examine the barriers that often keep people from attending church and getting involved. You’ll discover four key strategies to create a positive culture at your church to increase volunteer participation. This course will help you move people from thinking "I'm just a volunteer" to "We're all in ministry together."

Using a "virtual classroom" you'll join a select group of church leaders who desire to grow their ministry. You'll participate in six 1-hour video classrooms that will equip you with the tools and skills to transform your church culture to attract more volunteers. You'll also have access to a private Facebook group to post questions and report assignments and discoveries. Each session will be recorded so if you miss a week you can view the class at your convenience. During the week you'll work on an action step and report back to the group so we can celebrate your successes and support you in your challenges.
